Our washable recycled polyester rugs are medium pile height, ranging from ¼" to ½" or 6.35-12.7 mm thick. We pride ourselves on the thickness of these machine washable rugs. Many of our Studio Revival rugs are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 approved, meaning every component has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals, including PFAs (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl compounds).

When it comes to color accuracy, we do our best to represent rug colors as accurately as possible online. However, keep in mind that if the lighting conditions in your home aren't consistent with natural daylight, the colors may appear slightly different than on the website.

The term "washable rug" refers to our smaller machine washable rugs that generally fit into a standard home washing machine. For larger machine-washable rugs, you may need to visit a laundromat with an industrial-sized washer.

If you happen to spill something on your rug, the good news is that the fiber should not be affected. You can dab the stain with a rag dipped in club soda until it comes up. Our recycled polyester rugs can also be washed in a washing machine. For an 8' x 10' rug, we recommend using a 100lb (13.5cu ft) commercial washing machine, so be sure to call your local laundromat ahead of time to ensure the right washer size is available.

When it's time for a deeper clean, you can machine wash your rug with like colors on a delicate cycle, using just 1 TBSP of gentle detergent. Preferably, line dry the rug, but you can also tumble dry it on a no or low heat setting.

As for specific rug designs, our Gambit Area Rug features a cheeky classic check pattern with soft cream juxtaposed against olive green. This medium pile rug is made of 100% recycled polyester and is OEKO-TEX certified, making it soft and comfortable underfoot.

The perfect complement to any modern décor, this understated rug combines green and beige tones with a thickly channeled construction. And if your carpet has become matted down, you can gently brush it in both directions to help fix the issue.
